Curley hair (not the easy to work with, well-defined ones) old dude needing a fresh, clean, business type trim while keeping some length. First time visiting, and initially feeling a bit out of place, the reception was quite welcoming and pleasant. Was nicely offered a soft drink and helped with getting a parking discount. Then, entered Melinda and she took my input to heart, understood exactly what I needed and, based on the input, took charge and absolutely delivered. Melinda (and KC Beauty lounge Team), thank you so much for you made this old dude feel at ease, understood, and comfortable in your hair care. I’ll be back for sure! And guys, this place rocks not just for the ladies - which I’m sure they agree - but also for us. Melinda is a long Curley hair extraordinaire. First time I got my haircut with Valerie at KC Beauty Lounge I LOVED IT SO MUCH!!! 😊💞 I had to come back for a second time 🤭 (and will continue to come in the future!) Lovely service, welcoming experience, and Valerie is so friendly and attentive to what I was looking for with my haircut that I was never afraid or worried about the results. And the blowout? AMAZING (lasts 3-4 days after the appointment). 💇🏻‍♀️🩷

I got my haircut with Valerie and she is absolutely amazing, she slayed & gave me exactly what I wanted, I also got my nails done my delyesse and she is such a great nail tech and made my dream French nails.
