Arrive bare-eyed
Come without eye makeup, mascara, or oils on the lash line. We'll do a final cleanse but starting clean saves time.

Skip caffeine
Caffeine before a lash appointment can cause fluttering — making isolation harder. Decaf morning of, or skip altogether.

Plan 2–3 hours
Full sets take time. Plan around it — eat beforehand, use the bathroom first, silence your phone. You'll relax through it.
AFTERCARE

No water 24 hrs
Keep lashes completely dry for 24 hours after — the adhesive needs to cure. No water, steam, sweat, or oils on the lash line.

Brush daily
Use a clean spoolie morning and night to keep lashes aligned. Wash lash line gently with lash-safe foam every 1–2 days.
03
Fill every 2–3 wks
Lashes shed naturally. To stay fresh, book fills every 2–3 weeks. Fills must have 40%+ remaining or you'll need a full set.

Classic is one extension per natural lash — natural, mascara-like. Hybrid is a mix of Classic + Volume fans — textured and softly full. Volume uses handmade 3–6D fans for fluffy drama. Mega Volume uses 10D+ ultra-fine fans for maximum density. Wet Set is a spiky, just-came-out-of-the-pool effect.

Full sets last 2–3 weeks before needing a fill. Lashes shed naturally on a 28-day cycle — with consistent fills every 2–3 weeks, you can wear extensions year-round.
Yes — but we'll need to assess. If your current set has 40%+ remaining and the work was clean, we can fill. If not, we'll recommend a removal and fresh full set.
A perm-style treatment that lifts and curls your natural lashes — no extensions involved. Lasts 6–8 weeks. Often paired with a Lash Tint for the look of mascara without applying any.
Only water-based mascara on the tips — never oil-based, never on the lash line. Honestly, most clients skip mascara entirely since extensions do the work for you.
Reactions to adhesive are rare but possible. Tell us at booking if you have sensitivities — we offer sensitive-formula adhesive. If you react during application, we'll remove immediately.
Reschedules made 24+ hours out are free. Within 24 hours, a 50% rebooking fee applies. Same-day cancellations are charged the full service.
